Due to the importance of performance evaluation processes for teaching and professional staff, Al-Zahraa University for Women completed this Sunday morning the second part of the training workshop entitled (Annual Performance Evaluation System for Employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research), delivered by the responsible for the follow-up to the evaluation of the performance of universities in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Muhammad Al-Janabi.

During the workshop, Al-Janabi mentioned the importance of completing the scientific research data in the form allocated for evaluating the performance of the teaching staff, as well as clarifying the method of dictating the fields of the form.

It is worth mentioning that the workshop addressed the staff of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance and the staff of performance evaluation, as well as other university staff in order to initiate the annual performance evaluation processes for the academic year 2019-2020.
