The Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr Zuhair Muhammad Ali Jaddoua, received an official delegation from Al-Asbat University College, led by the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr Sabah Al-Jabri, accompanied by a number of administrative staff. The visit aimed to explore the university's experience in implementing e-governance and to become acquainted with the institutional workflow and administrative procedures approved across various university departments.
The visit included a field tour of several administrative departments, as well as the Central Library. During the tour, the delegation was introduced to work organization mechanisms, followed administrative and financial procedures, and the services these departments provide to support the academic and administrative process. They also explored the scientific and knowledge capabilities provided by the Central Library and its role in supporting research movements and serving faculty members, students, and researchers.
Furthermore, the delegation reviewed the e-governance system adopted by the university, including the digital administrative systems that contribute to developing procedures, organizing workflows, and enhancing the principles of accuracy and transparency, keeping pace with digital transformation requirements in higher education institutions.
This visit underscores the progress and alignment with advancements that elevate the educational process, alongside the university's keenness to cooperate, extend support to higher education institutions, and exchange pioneering expertise and experiences to enhance the quality of administrative performance and elevate the efficiency of approved systems.
