Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the University President, the Women’s Empowerment Division, in cooperation with the Faculty of Pharmacy, held a scientific discussion lecture entitled “Hormonal and Histological Changes in Women and Their Effect on Obesity” in Umm Abiha Hall on Monday, 2 October 2023.
The scientific lecture, delivered by Prof. Dr. Rafah Hadi, a specialist in histology at the University of Kufa, addressed hormonal changes in the human body that lead to weight gain and obesity, which play an important role in the development of many diseases.
