The Department of Human Resources Development at Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, under the supervision of the Presidency of Al-Zahraa University for Women and in cooperation with the Department of Continuing Education, organised a development course entitled "Time Investment". The course, held at the Al-Kawthar Centre within the University's main campus, was attended by members of the administrative staff.

Nour Al-Huda Al-Sa'di, the human development trainer and presenter of the course, emphasised that planning constitutes one of the most critical techniques in time management. She further noted that it facilitates operational organisation by delineating execution steps and procedures in detail, thereby clarifying the daily and weekly tasks required for project completion. The said course encompassed several modules focused on time organisation, control, and preservation, stressing the avoidance of waste due to its direct impact on the eight pillars of life.

Al-Sa'di highlighted the most vital dimensions of these pillars, including the spiritual, personal, and self-development aspects, alongside the utilisation of SMART goal-setting, maintaining focus on required tasks, assertiveness in declining certain requests, perseverance, and adopting a structured methodology for task completion. Furthermore, she addressed practical time-organisation exercises and the mechanisms of programming the subconscious mind regarding the management of plans, noting that failing to implement these plans is a primary source of time wastage. The session also discussed the concept of self-image and the influences of the social environment.

The curriculum concluded with the concept of delegation, exploring the rationale and criteria for delegating operational tasks to optimise time efficiency. The said course spanned a duration of three days, totalling nine instructional hours. It is worth mentioning that such training programmes are systematically organised by the Department of Human Resources Development at Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, in coordination with the University Education Authority, as part and parcel of the ongoing institutional cooperation between Al-Zahraa University for Women and the various departments of the Holy Shrine.
