Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Al-Kawthar Continuing Education Hall hosted a training workshop on the art and development of management and the requirements for advancing administrative work across various institutions.

The workshop, delivered by Dr. Hisham Shahrour, President of the Lebanese Association for Financial and Administrative Sciences, aimed to train the University’s administrative and academic staff from various departments in administrative tasks. It sought to ensure the effective utilisation of human resources within the academic institution in a manner aligned with the aspirations of continuous advancement in management and its development, in addition to reflecting the University’s commitment to excellence across all aspects of the services provided throughout the educational process.

The workshop featured numerous questions and contributions, generating a range of ideas and proposals concerning the art of management and its development.

It is worth noting that Al-Zahraa University for Women continuously organises specialised training workshops with the aim of advancing the University to leading positions across all fields and directions, and providing the best possible services to its female students and staff.
