The selection of the Assistant Dean of the College of Education / Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for women , Dr. Muhammad Kazem Al-Mamouri, in the arbitration committee for the annual Quranic educators’ competition for primary and secondary school owners is an occasion of great pride. The competition was held by the General Directorate of Babylon Education – Department of School and Sports Activity in cooperation with the Holy Qur’an Institute, Babel branch of the Scientific Complex of the Qur’an Al-Karim at Ataba Abbasiya.
