The President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, participated in the proceedings of the international symposium titled "Women... The Zaynabi Narrative and Honoring the Martyred Imam". The symposium was held with the participation of an elite group of academic figures, researchers, and specialists from several countries, aiming to highlight the intellectual status of women in the Hussaini Renaissance and inspire human and faith values embodied by Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) throughout her immortal legacy.
The symposium covered multiple scientific and intellectual axes, focusing on reviewing wise aspects of the biography of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) as an extension of the message of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), and her pivotal role in preserving the principles of the Hussaini Renaissance. Furthermore, it contemplated the immortal heritage of the Martyred Imam and the sublime meanings of reform, dignity, and human awareness it carries.
The symposium also represented a scientific platform for exchanging expertise and perspectives among participants from various academic and cultural institutions, discussing intellectual issues related to the role of women in building awareness and consolidating the system of values derived from the school of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), thereby contributing to enhancing scientific dialogue and openness to international experiences.
This participation reflects the vision of Al-Zahraa University for Women to enhance its international presence, actively contribute to scientific and intellectual events, promote academic communication, and exchange expertise with educational and research institutions.
