Within the framework of continuous affirmation to support the Palestinian cause, the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, participated in the closing ceremony of the sixth international "Nidaa Al-Aqsa" procession, in the presence of a wide gathering that included official, academic, and cultural figures, alongside prominent religious, intellectual, and media elites.

The closing ceremony included a series of religious, cultural, and artistic segments reflecting the humanitarian dimension of the Palestinian cause, as well as a poetry evening featuring a constellation of Iraqi poets who delivered poems embodying values of steadfastness and freedom, recalling the status of Palestine in the consciousness of Arab and Islamic peoples.

Al-Zahraa University for Women registered a presence in the poetry evening through the participation of Dr Firas Al-Asadi, a faculty member at the Faculty of Education, and Pharmacist Tabarak Adnan, one of the university's graduates. They presented poetic verses expressing solidarity with the Palestinian cause, contributing to enriching the themes of the evening with national and humanitarian dimensions.

The ceremony also featured diverse activities emphasizing the importance of continuing cultural and media efforts in supporting the Palestinian cause, highlighting the suffering of the Palestinian people, and consolidating community awareness toward just humanitarian issues through cultural and awareness-raising programmes.

This participation stems from the keenness of Al-Zahraa University for Women to support cultural and humanitarian events, in line with its academic goals to spread awareness and support purposeful initiatives aimed at consolidating principles of justice and solidarity, confirming the genuine contribution of educational institutions toward just causes.
