Al-Zahraa University for Women (Peace Be Upon Her) concluded on Wednesday the Entrepreneurship Trainer Preparation Course, organized by the Science and Technology Parks Department/Entrepreneurship Division in cooperation with the Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Excellence at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
The four-day course was delivered by Dr. Hussein Flamers and attended by University President Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, senior university officials, as well as faculty members and individuals interested in entrepreneurship from four universities: the University of Karbala, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, Ahl Al-Bayt University, and Al-Zahraa University for Women.
Throughout the course, participants took part in a comprehensive training program covering key topics related to entrepreneurship and modern training methods. The program addressed the development of entrepreneurial ideas, the establishment of start-ups, the preparation of training content, and the effective management of training sessions in accordance with Training of Trainers (TOT) methodologies.
The course also featured practical exercises and hands-on activities designed to enhance participants’ skills in delivering entrepreneurship-related content, managing dialogue, and engaging target audiences. It further focused on strengthening their ability to employ modern training techniques in presenting entrepreneurial concepts and fostering innovative thinking.
At the conclusion of the course, University President Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani presented the University Shield to Dr. Hussein Flamers, Director of the Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Excellence and Advisor to the Prime Minister, in recognition of his efforts in delivering the course and his contribution to developing participants’ skills and strengthening their capabilities in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial training.
