Al-Warith Academy for Human Development and Strategic Studies, in cooperation with Al-Zahraa University for Women, held a series of training programmes as part and parcel of the activities of Fatimah Women’s Forum for Leadership and Strategy. The said event comes as part and parcel of its ongoing efforts to develop a distinctive model of female leaders equipped with modern skills in leadership and management, and under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and the supervision of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women.

Held under the slogan, “The believing men and believing women are allies of one another; they enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong,” the programmes were delivered by a group of professional trainers and attended by female educators working in the education sector. The programmes commenced on Saturday, 19 August 2023, and continued for one week in the halls of Al-Zahraa University for Women.

It bears noting that eight developmental training courses were delivered under the following titles:

* Leadership According to the Qur’anic Approach, delivered by trainer Ali Kareem Al-'Ameri.
* Educational Leadership, delivered by trainer Ali Ahmed Al-Hashimi.
* Administrative Decision-Making, delivered by trainer Huda Hussein Al-Nasrawi.
* Emotional Intelligence, delivered by trainer Zainab Abd Al-Zahra Al-Fadhli.
* Strategic Planning According to the OBSP Methodology, delivered by trainer Aqeel Kadhim Al-Sharifi.
* Influence and Persuasion, delivered by trainer Laith Abd Al-'Abbas Al-Silawi.
* Crisis Management, delivered by trainer Ahmed Kamal Al-Shahristani.
* Managing Teamwork, delivered by trainer Ahmed Fadhil Al-Sharifi.
