Al-Zahraa University for Women welcomed a number of outstanding female students from Sayyida Ruqayya Schools to continue their higher education through a fully funded scholarship programme.

His Eminence Al-Sheikh Abd Al-Mahdi Al-Karbala'i, the Legitimate Overseer of the Affairs of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, commended a group of high-achieving female students from Sayyida Ruqayya Schools and awarded them full scholarships to pursue their university studies at Al-Zahraa University for Women and Warith Al-Anbiyaa University.

Prof. Sa'd Al-Din Hashim Mahdi, General Supervisor of the Orphan Schools affiliated with the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, stated that His Eminence had directed the admission of outstanding female students graduating from secondary school with high grades in the medical stream, while ensuring full coverage of their tuition fees throughout their years of study. He further noted that they would be offered employment opportunities within the institutions of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine or its affiliated universities upon graduation.

The outstanding female students expressed their sincere gratitude for His Eminence's generous and paternal initiative, praising the continuous support and dedicated efforts of the administrative and academic staff in caring for and encouraging this distinguished group of orphaned and high-achieving female students to attain the highest levels of academic excellence.
