The Continuing Education Department at Al-Zahraa University for Women honoured the participants of the Professional Trainer Preparation (TOT) Course – Level I by awarding them certificates of completion.
The said course was conducted over a full month, with training sessions delivered for three hours daily and attended by 16 trainees. The programme formed part of the University’s strategic plan to develop human resources and enhance the capabilities of its academic and administrative staff.
The course also aimed to establish a team of qualified female trainers in accordance with an internationally recognised training framework, focusing on training content development, instructional design, preparation of training packages, presentation skills, and the most effective strategies for successful training delivery.
