As part of supporting the scientific and research journey and promoting postgraduate studies in medical and applied sciences, the Assistant President of Al-Zahraa University for Women for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Ali Jidou, chaired the master’s thesis defense committee in Babylon Province for the thesis submitted by student Zainab Riyadh Dhahir, entitled:
“Molecular Study of Psychosis in Babylon Province”
The thesis examined the molecular aspects associated with psychotic disorders through the analysis of biomarkers, as well as genetic and environmental factors related to these conditions. The study aimed to enhance the scientific understanding of psychosis and support the possibilities of early diagnosis and precise treatment.
The discussion also included several academic interventions addressing the research methodology, study findings, and the potential application of the results in developing future research in the fields of mental health and molecular sciences.
