Under the auspices of University President Prof. Dr Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the Electronic Computer Department, in cooperation with the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Continuing Education Centre, organised a specialised scientific workshop titled "The Electronic Leave System". This initiative falls within the university's strategic direction towards digital transformation and the adoption of modern electronic systems in managing administrative and organisational workflows.
The workshop, presented by the Head of the Electronic Computer Department, lect. Dr Mustafa Abbas, alongside Mr Ali Ra’d Murad and Ms Tuqa Hamid Ali, provided a detailed explanation of the operational mechanics of the electronic leave system. It outlined the procedures for submitting and tracking requests electronically, whilst clarifying the verified protocols within the system to ensure streamlined efficiency and precision in executing administrative processes.
This workshop is part of a series of training programmes and sessions that the university remains keen on organising regularly. These efforts aim to develop administrative and technical skills, keeping pace with contemporary advancements in electronic systems and digital transformation to ultimately elevate institutional performance and support the ongoing modernisation drive across the university.
