Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al‑Mulla Al‑Sultani, the University President, the Women’s Affairs Division in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy organised a workshop entitled “Aligning Women’s Specialisations with Labour Market Requirements.” Additionally, the workshop was presented by Lect. Dr. Asma’ Abd Al-Aziz Mohammed.
The workshop addressed the importance of selecting academic specialisations that correspond to the evolving needs of the labour market. Furthermore, it highlighted strategies for empowering women both academically and professionally, thereby strengthening their active participation across diverse fields.
