The Systems and Software Division of the Electronic Computer Department at Al-Zahraa University for Women, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Department, organised a training course on the Central Archiving System. The said course was conducted in two groups and delivered by programmers Hussein Fadhil Mohsen and Mohammed 'Awwad Kadhim from 5–7 February 2023. Each group attended a three-day programme held at Al-Kawthar Continuing Education Centre.

The course covered methods for the electronic storage, preservation, and indexing of documents and files, as well as the generation of comprehensive reports for a wide range of data with the ability to retrieve and review information at any time and from any location. It also highlighted the importance of implementing an integrated archiving system and explained the procedures required for its effective application.
