The College of Engineering and Information Technology at Al-Zahraa (A.S.) University for Women has completed the preparation of scientific research papers for the inaugural issue of the Al-Zahraa Journal for Artificial Intelligence Applications, a newly established academic journal specializing in artificial intelligence, its applications, and emerging technologies.

The issue was prepared under the supervision of the University President and Editor-in-Chief of the journal, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, with the follow-up of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zuheir Mohammed Ali Jadoa; the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaidaa Abdul-Hussein Al-Mulla; and the Managing Editor, Prof. Dr. Ali Jaafar Al-Husseini.

The issue features a collection of peer-reviewed and carefully evaluated research papers addressing applications of artificial intelligence across engineering, technology, healthcare, and education, in addition to interdisciplinary research.

The completion of the inaugural issue paves the way for finalizing the journal’s official procedures, including obtaining an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN). This step reflects the University’s commitment to strengthening its presence in scientific research and specialized academic publishing.
