The Presidency of Al-Zahraa University for Women has extended its congratulations to Mrs Ma’athir Talib, Director of the Public Relations Division, on earning a Master’s degree in Law from the Islamic University of Lebanon.

Her thesis, entitled “The Development of Parliamentary Oversight Bodies in Iraq: The Government Programme Follow-up and Strategic Planning Committee as a Model”, examined the importance of concerted efforts to reduce administrative corruption, strengthen parliamentary oversight, clarify the role of emerging challenges, and promote the values of dedication and sincerity in professional performance, as well as the impact of these efforts on the country’s reality.
