Under the  auspicious of the Presidency of Al-Zahraa University and the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Iman Sameer Bahiya, the Head of the Special Education Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nasreen Ali Al-Jailawi, took part as a supporting committee member in organizing the Third Kawthar Al-Ismah Cultural Festival held by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein.

Dr. Nasreen Al-Jailawi also accompanied the festival’s guests throughout the event.
