Al-Zahraa University for Women's presidency organised an educational and awareness-raising lecture entitled “Lady Fatima Al-Zahraa (Peace Be Upon Her): Sincere Faith and Beautiful Patience”. The lecture was delivered by Prof. S'eed Zumayzim, in the presence of a number of female academic staff, employees, and female students. Additionally, the said event was held under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the University President.

During the lecture, Prof. Zumayzim addressed the spiritual and human dimensions of the personality of the Lady, highlighting her as a model of the ideal Muslim woman who combined knowledge and faith, as well as patience and steadfastness. He further explained that she represented an example of steadfastness in supporting the truth and confronting challenges with a profound spirit of faith.

He also explained that Al-Zahraa (PBUH) was not merely the daughter of the Prophet (PBUH), but also a participant in the mission of Islam who played a significant role in the development of the early Muslim community through her positions, sermons, and life story, which history has preserved as a beacon guiding generations.

Furthermore, the lecture forms part of a series of intellectual and awareness-raising activities organised by the University in cooperation with Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. These activities aim to promote religious and cultural awareness and reinforce Islamic principles and values within the University, in line with the University’s vision of cultivating an authentic Islamic identity and upholding noble ideals in education and upbringing.
