The Women’s Affairs Division, in cooperation with the Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences Research Centre, organised a scientific workshop entitled “Public Speaking Skills”. Additionally, the workshop was held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the University President, and was delivered by Prof. Dr.Lama Majeed Ahmed, the Centre Director.

The workshop addressed a range of fundamental skills that contribute to developing public speaking and presentation abilities, in addition to introducing techniques for building self-confidence, organising ideas, and conveying messages in a clear and impactful manner.

The workshop also included a presentation of several practical approaches to developing effective communication skills, thereby enhancing the participants’ capabilities in academic and professional fields.

The workshop forms part of the University’s scientific and developmental activities aimed at enhancing female students’ skills and developing their personal and scientific capabilities.
