Al-Zahraa University for Women received Mr Siraj-Al-Haq, the former head of the Jamaat-e-Islami organisation in Pakistan, within a visiting delegation invited by the Media Department of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain to explore the most prominent service and humanitarian projects implemented by the Holy Shrine, including Al-Zahraa University for Women.

The delegation was accompanied by Sheikh Ashraf Hussain, the Director of Al-Kauthar Foundation in Najaf, which is affiliated with the representative of the Religious Authority in Pakistan. During the visit, the delegation toured the university's facilities and infrastructure, inspecting its faculties, laboratories, classrooms, and modern educational systems. They were also introduced to the university's academic mission and its role in preparing female professionals according to quality and academic accreditation standards.

This visit underscores the academic status enjoyed by Al-Zahraa University for Women, highlighting its role as one of the leading educational institutions affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain. It showcases the achievements it has accomplished in the fields of higher education and scientific research, alongside enhancing academic cooperation and openness towards scientific and Islamic figures and institutions.
