A number of female academic staff members and female students from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Zahraa University for Women visited Mabarat Al-Rahma Home for Orphan Care as part and parcel of a voluntary initiative. The said visit was organised to foster the spirit of cooperation and extend support to this important segment of society.
The initiative included the donation of 88 electronic whiteboards to the orphanage, in addition to presenting a variety of gifts. The programme also featured an awareness lecture delivered by the female students entitled “Effective Study Methods for Children.”
It is significant to point out that this initiative comes as part and parcel of Al-Zahraa University for Women’s commitment to organising such activities in support of humanitarian efforts.

The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division at Al-Zahraa University for Women, in cooperation with Dr. Huda Al-Amaydi, Head of Arabic Language Department, held a meeting with a delegation from Al-Bayt Al-Saeed Center on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. The delegation included Sheikh Saleh Al-Ibrahim, Educational Counseling Specialist from Saudi Arabia, along with Ms. Maryam Hussein Al-Makki, Child Psychology and Educational Counseling Specialist from Bahrain. During the meeting, participants discussed a range of topics and shared ideas and proposals for cooperation efforts among faculty members.
