A training course was organised on the concept of etiquette and rules of behaviour when interacting with others. The course was held at Al-Kawthar Centre in the University's main building and was attended by participants from Warith Al-Anbiyaa University alongside administrative staff and personnel working in follow-up, protocol, coordination, public relations, and security.  The said course was under the coordination of the administrations of Al-Zahraa University for Women and Warith Al-Anbiyaa University. Additionally, the initiative aimed to enhance the behavioural, organisational, and operational performance of staff members at both Al-Zahraa University and Warith Al-Anbiyaa University.

Speaking to the official University account, Muntadhar Abbas Sharif, specialist in personal and administrative skills training and Deputy Head of the Human Resources Development Department at Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, stated: "As part and parcel of the training courses sponsored by Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, a specialised course on the concept of etiquette and rules of behaviour was held through joint cooperation between Al-Zahraa and Warith Al-Anbiyaa universities. During the course, we addressed a range of concepts related to the arts of etiquette and protocol in general, alongside the specific applications for practising them."

He further added: "We conducted practical applications for several concepts, including flag arrangement protocols, handshaking etiquette, food serving, dealing with delegations, reception methods, and the principles of hospitality and respect. The course spanned four days, and participation certificates were presented to the attendees upon conclusion."

It is worth noting that etiquette is considered one of the most vital arts that every individual should thoroughly learn, given its essential link to the general social culture required in every developed and modern society.
