A number of teaching staff from Al-Zahraa University for Women actively participated in the elections of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Karbala Branch, held to elect members of the Council for the new four-year syndicate term. Additionally, the said event comes as a step reflecting the University's strong commitment to supporting academic syndicate activities and strengthening its presence within official and professional circles.

This participation stems from the University’s vision of the importance of empowering academics to play their vital role in shaping educational policies and contributing effectively to the development of the academic environment. Such engagement supports the quality of higher education in Iraq and strengthens the role of university institutions in serving the community.

Furthermore, this step forms part of a series of initiatives undertaken by the University in recent years, aimed at strengthening its leading role in supporting academic activities, providing an educational environment that encourages creativity and participation, and developing mechanisms for communication between teaching staff and relevant educational authorities.
