Within a series of specialized scientific courses, a number of female teachers (Eng. Doaa Essam Hadi, Eng. Sahba Hafez Sakban) attended a training workshop that included an in depth discussion about the analysis of measuring blood sugar level and its important types, as well as measuring the level of lipids, in addition to this the most common disorders due to Low levels of iron, vitamin D were also discussed, furthermore some of the most important tests related to the functioning of the liver and kidneys were also emphasized upon. An emphasis was given to the periodic analysis of the above mentioned health related problems. It also focused on the role of healthy eating habits and maintaining the normal proportions of the required nutrients in the human body.
