Within a workshop organised by the Department of Arabic Language in the Faculty of Education, Dr. Amal Al-Qarah Lusi, a faculty member at the University, reviewed techniques for achieving fruitful communication and activities within the scope of daily professional life.

Dr. Al-Qarah Lusi stated to the official media account that the workshop was held in cooperation between the Department of Arabic Language and the Department of Continuing Education, titled "Effective Communication Skills". The target audience comprised the faculty and administrative staff of the University, and the event took place in Al-Kawthar Hall for Continuing Education.

The workshop encompassed several key concepts, most notably defining the concept of communication, its importance, and its characteristics. It clarified the core elements of the communication process and outlined the obstacles that prevent the achievement of effective communication relative to the sender, the receiver, the message, and the channel of communication, alongside methods to address each barrier. Furthermore, it addressed how to develop communication skills, identified the types of communication that are most effective in the workplace, and explained how to acquire them. The workshop also featured a series of practical activities to ensure maximum benefit, with Dr. Al-Qarah Lusi noting that the session aimed to build outstanding capabilities and skills among the target group and to establish mechanisms for stimulating these proficiencies.
