This course represents a positive step towards empowering participants with the practical and cognitive skills required for training and professional development, enabling them to graduate as qualified professional trainers.
During the course, Dr. Farah Al-Fadhli, Head of the Continuing Education Department and course instructor, highlighted the importance of understanding the fundamental principles of professional trainer preparation and addressed the key pillars essential for developing trainers’ competencies and skills.
The course content was delivered through both theoretical and practical training approaches, incorporating a variety of interactive activities designed to motivate participants and reinforce their learning. Dr. Al-Fadhli also outlined the key stages and procedures involved in professional trainer development.
The programme was conducted over three days per week, with each session lasting three hours. Upon completion, participants were awarded an accreditation certificate and a one-year training licence issued by the Continuing Education Department, renewable on an annual basis. In addition, trainees received training toolkits to support their launch as accredited trainers within the University.
