Vision, Message and Goals

About Division

The division was activated at Al-Zahraa University, according to university order No. (S.D.M./5230) on (10/2/2023) and is linked, according to the organizational structure, to the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs. The division focuses on the promotion of the personal and scientific skills of female graduates in order to qualify the within their specializations. Such qualification is meant to offer opportunities to the young graduates that will enable them compete among themselves as well as with their peers who are graduates of other faculties to obtain jobs according to a perspective that is based on experience, competence, and application.

Vision

To achieve excellence by empowering students through professional and academic development during their studies, facilitating their employment after graduation, and maintaining continuous follow-up throughout their careers. This ensures that graduates possess the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to excel in their professions and contribute effectively to society.

Message

To prepare and empower university students by enhancing their academic, professional, and personal competencies through training programs, workshops, and continuous development initiatives, enabling them to successfully compete in both the public and private sectors.

Goals

Contribute to and participate in local and international workshops and training programs to benefit from best practices and apply them effectively in real-world settings. Design and implement training programs, workshops, courses, and career exhibitions that prepare students and equip them with the skills required for the labor market. Establish and strengthen partnerships with public and private sector institutions to create employment opportunities for university graduates. Follow up with graduates after employment in government and private organizations to assess the extent to which their academic specialization and acquired skills are utilized in their professional roles. Collaborate with experts and specialists to develop programs that support labor market needs and ensure alignment with emerging developments and trends. Organize training programs for students and graduates in coordination with public and private sector institutions, providing practical applications of academic knowledge and enhancing community service and professional experience. Prepare students for the labor market by developing problem-solving abilities, strengthening self-confidence, and fostering innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking. Monitor graduates’ performance after employment, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide periodic reports to academic departments and colleges to support curriculum development in accordance with labor market requirements.
