Contribute to and participate in local and international workshops and training programs to benefit from best practices and apply them effectively in real-world settings. Design and implement training programs, workshops, courses, and career exhibitions that prepare students and equip them with the skills required for the labor market. Establish and strengthen partnerships with public and private sector institutions to create employment opportunities for university graduates. Follow up with graduates after employment in government and private organizations to assess the extent to which their academic specialization and acquired skills are utilized in their professional roles. Collaborate with experts and specialists to develop programs that support labor market needs and ensure alignment with emerging developments and trends. Organize training programs for students and graduates in coordination with public and private sector institutions, providing practical applications of academic knowledge and enhancing community service and professional experience. Prepare students for the labor market by developing problem-solving abilities, strengthening self-confidence, and fostering innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking.
