Al-Zahraa University for Women received the joint ministerial committee formed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Administrative and Financial Department, chaired by Ms Nagham Jamil Kazim, within the framework of following up on the procedures for organising the administrative structure of higher education institutions.

The visit aimed to audit the actual staffing at the university, review its administrative reality, and determine the actual need percentages for the functional staff. This contributes to preparing an integrated and unified administrative structure based on precise organisational standards, keeping pace with the requirements of administrative work in higher education institutions.

The university presidency emphasised its keenness on full cooperation with ministerial committees by providing all required data and statistics and facilitating the committee's workflow. This stems from its commitment to implementing the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and developing its administrative system according to solid institutional foundations, thereby contributing to performance efficiency and consolidating the principles of organisation and e-governance.

This visit falls within the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at enhancing the efficiency of administrative organisation and achieving the optimal utilization of human resources, leading to a more effective administrative structure that contributes to elevating institutional performance and the level of administrative services in Iraqi universities.
