Division of Civil Defence

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Division of Civil Defence is a cornerstone of our University, serving as the first line of defence in protecting lives and property. Its role extends beyond responding to emergencies to establishing an integrated system of prevention, safety and preparedness. The Division fulfils its responsibilities by strengthening safety measures, promoting awareness, enhancing readiness and developing capabilities. It also maintains close coordination with all departments and divisions to ensure the highest standards of safety and effective emergency response. We affirm that safety and security are both a national and humanitarian responsibility. We remain committed to fostering a safe environment that protects lives, safeguards property and supports the University’s success and mission.
