His Excellency Dr. N'eem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, in recognition of her efforts in supporting the Higher Education Reading Award.

Dr. Al-Aboudi, had launched the Higher Education Reading Award competition for undergraduate students at Iraqi universities, setting the total prize value at IQD 100 million, distributed among 20 winners, with each student receiving IQD 5 million.

Additionally, the Minister stated that the award is based on a reading competition centred on the book Conditions of Renaissance by Arab thinker Malik Ben Nabi, with reading the book being one of the requirements for winning the competition.
