It is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all academic staff to the webpage of the Scientific Promotions Affairs Division at Al-Zahraa University for Women. Through this platform, we seek to strengthen academic communication and provide scientific and administrative services that reflect the University’s standing and distinguished academic mission. The Division is responsible for overseeing academic promotion applications submitted by teaching staff in accordance with approved ministerial regulations and instructions, ensuring fairness, transparency and accuracy. We firmly believe that advancing scientific and research standards is fundamental to the progress of higher education institutions. We remain committed to improving work processes, streamlining procedures and providing the necessary support to academics and researchers to ensure the efficient and timely processing of promotion applications, while upholding rigorous academic standards that enhance the University’s scholarly standing. We also value our constructive cooperation with the University Presidency, Deans of Faculties and members of scientific committees across all scientific departments. Such collaboration plays a vital role in advancing scientific and research activities and achieving the University’s objectives and aspirations for scientific excellence.
