His Eminence Sheikh Abd Al-Mahdi Al-Karbala’i, Legitimate Overseer of the Affairs of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, honoured Asst. Prof. Dr. Noor Hatif Al-Dabbagh, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, in recognition of the Faculty’s achievement of first place among a number of universities in three subjects in the standardised examinations.
