Imam Hussein Holy Shrine in Iraq has announced its readiness to transfer Palestinians injured as a result of the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and provide them with free medical treatment at its hospitals. The initiative also covers the costs of their transportation, treatment and accommodation in Holy Karbala Governorate.

Imam Hussein Holy Shrine stated that the initiative comes in accordance with the recommendations of the religious authority, Sayyid Ali Al-Husseini Al-Sistani, to stand in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people.
