Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for women College of Education / Department of English with the Department of Continuing Education, held a scientific workshop on the importance of health, in the hall of Al Kawthar Center for Continuing Education. Titled “Psychotherapy”:On the occasion of World Psychotherapy Day. The workshop consisted of a detailed explanation of the theory of psychoanalysis and mental disorders about political and environmental conditions, and presented an explanation of stigma, psychosocial disorders and what is the difference between neurotic and mental mental disorders.” And further presented the idea that a good environment in the face of life’s pressures, and the importance of mental health in an individual from facing life’s pressures should be the ultimate goals of an ideal society.
