Vision, mission and goals

Citizens Affairs Division: is part and parcel of the administrative structure of the Office of the University President. The chief of the Division is officially connected to the President of the University and administratively associated with the Head of the Citizens Affairs Department in the Office of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Technically, its priorities are focused on receiving citizens’ complaints from all segments of (auditors, parents of female students, teachers, employees, and female students). The work of this division revolves around caring for citizens’ affairs and investing in scientific and technical mechanisms to initiate a spirit of trust at work in addition to forging a close relationship between the citizen and the university. 

The Goals

  1. The Division acts as a frontal entity that represents the President of the University.
  2. It provides assistance in answering questions, facing challenges and keeping ongoing communications with all citizens. 
  3. It initiates direct and ongoing communications with all concerned parties to address and complete requests as quickly as possible.
  4. It receives citizens, listens to their complaints and directs them to the concerned authorities to consider their requests, either via direct meetings or through the phone number designated for the division (07835738590)
  5. It receives all requests addressed to the President of the University and submits them to her for opinion there on 
  6. It reflects a state of civility in civilized societies and public institutions.
  7. It explores the opinions of citizens (solution seekers) in search of their suggestions regarding the work of the university
  8. It carries out field visit to all entities of the university 

Vision: - 

  • Shifting to electronic digitalization in the consideration of citizens requests by proceeding to replace paper as much as possible via the electronic government program for citizens

The Message: 

  • The Citizens Affairs Office is the channel entrusted with receiving, sorting and organizing citizens requests (requests, complaints, grievances and suggestions), and submitting them to the senior management.
  • It reflects a state of civility in civilized societies and public institutions.
  • It responds and answer to inquiries as quickly as possible. 

Mechanism for Application Submission

The first Mechanism is the electronic submission: applications are submitted via the e-mail address of the Citizens Affairs Office, as shown below:

 The second is on paper: applications are written as follows:

  •  Write the application clearly, with specific subjects and title.
  • كتابة الاسم الثلاثي ومكان عمل المرسل (المهنة) ورقم الهاتف والبريد الالكتروني ليتسنى لنا الإجابة.
  • بخلاف النقاط المذكورة أعلاه يتم اهمال أي طلب بدون عنوان واسم صريحين 
  • تهمل الطلبات التي لا تتلائم أو تتعارض مع اهداف ومتطلبات وسياسة وتعاليم ورسالة الجامعة.
