The Dean of the College of Education at Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Iman Samir Bahia, seeks to develop the college to the (smart college), where procedures and transactions within the college are performed electronically.

The Dean of the College of Education at Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Iman Samir Bahia, seeks to develop the college to the (smart college), where procedures and transactions within the college are performed electronically.

It is worth noting that this smart electronic transaction is applied to all transactions related to the teaching and administrative staff as well as female students, in which, it made the College of Education deserve to be called the “Smart Collegeˮ, where it follows of managing its affairs the following: –

1-Distribution of the mail from the deanship to the scientific departments electronically.

2-Official applications are submitted to the Deanship of the College by filling out a simple form that is documented as an official application.

3-The electronic management committee in the college is currently working on preparing an electronic system for the attendance and departure of teachers.

4-Linking of the examination committee systems to a network with registration of the college .

Not only that, but there are many smart electronic ideas that the College of Education is working on its implementing in the near future.
