The Director of the Diwan Affairs Department at Al-Zahraa University for Women, Eng. Hassan Kadem Nima, said that: “The Building Management System (BMS) is an advanced and modern program that monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as lighting, ventilation, fire, energy and protection systems”.

Eng. Hassan Kadem Nima explained that the system is to control and control many devices within the university buildings, including central heating and cooling devices, pumps of various kinds, and lighting systems in various parts of the building in addition to water control systems, whether warm or cold water, and irrigation systems for gardens.

Eng.
