Quranic Memorization Unit at Al-Zahraa University for Women

Summarized Introduction:

It is an organizational structure linked administratively and directly to the Office of University president and technically to the Quranic centers, paramount among them is the Holy Quran House in the Holy Shrine of Imam Husain, where female students enroll to memorize the Holy Quran. Those students also perform daily recitation in the presence of distinguished cadres of tutors specialized in Quranic affairs. The Unit also takes care of all Quranic activities at the University including the annual Quranic memorization test for students to obtain tuition fee reductions in line with Al-Zahraa University Quranic project

Vision:

Fostering a generation of Quranic women who fulfill a sublime Islamic humanitarian message which inspires them to consider the Holy Quran as a central beacon of light and guidance in their practical and social lives and most importantly in their endeavors raise righteous generations.

Mission:

Our message is Quranic and creed based that we strive to instill and disseminate in the spirits of youth and university circles to bring about mental and spiritual balance among conscious academic class members.

Goals

It involves efforts striving to imbue the hearts of university female students with faith and Quranic principles through memorization, contemplation and interpretation of the Holy Qur'an, thus planting the seeds of morals and ideals inspired by Al-Thaklain (Quran and Ahl Al-Bait). Furtherance and promotion of the Holy Qur'an values in minds and souls with all its sciences, scientific and missionary approaches are also among our desired objectives that pursue through various activities and events.
