Prof. Ali Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology Engineering at Al-Zahraa University for Women participated in the discussion committee of the MSc discussion at the University of Karbala / Faculty of Engineering as a member and supervisor of the thesis. The thesis addressed the use of artificial intelligence for performance improvement of surgical robots that require high accuracy in performance. This message is one of the most promising projects aimed at improving surgical procedures and helping surgeons to successfully complete operations. In her research, MSc student touched upon the application of artificial intelligence techniques for the sake of accuracy enhancement and robot efficiency, particularly those used in surgeries, which significantly contributes to reducing surgical errors and improving the results of operations. Prof. Dr. Al-Husseini praised the efforts made by the student and the importance of the topic she addressed, highlighting that such research remarkably promotes the development of the medical field and raises the efficiency of health services. He expressed his pleasure in participating as a superviser this academic work, which reflects scientific and technical progress in the field of artificial intelligence and its applications in practical life. The Faculty of Information Technology Engineering looks forward to more research and studies as a substantial addition to the development of various fields and the utilization of technology for community benefit and innovation and excellence attainment.
