Under the guidance of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Sheikh Karbalai, head of the Permanent Supreme Women's Committee at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein,
Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani and a number of officials at the Holy Shrine such as (Dr. Rafah Al-Hakim, Lady Iqbal Al-Musawi, and a representative of women's relations)
paid an inspection visit to Lebanese families coming from the cities of southern Lebanon to the holy city of Karbala and residing in the city of Sayyid al-Awsiya. The visit came as a demonstration of the efforts exerted to provide psychological support and assistance to these families after their arrival in the Governorate due to the difficult circumstances that the sisterly State of Lebanon is going through. The visit is an important part of a broad campaign launched by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, and His Eminence who emphasized the need to receive these families and provide everything necessary to ensure their comfort and dignity.
Dr. Al Sultani was briefed on all the services provided to families, starting with accommodation in the visitor cities and hotels of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein equipped to meet all basic needs, including free health care, follow-up on chronic disease cases and provision of the necessary treatment through specialized medical teams from all Holy Shrine hospitals.
This visit comes as part of the great efforts deployed in response to the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority, which considered these expatriates "guests of Iraq and the city of Imam Hussein and his brother Abu Al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon them", which reflects the commitment of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine to provide everything possible to overcome impeding obstacles and provide care and best services to them.
