Al-Zahraa University for Women is holding a workshop under the title (Paper Performance Evaluation System) among the university’s corridors to develop its staff.
The Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, in cooperation with the Department of Continuing Education, organized a workshop under the title (Paper Performance Evaluation System) by:( M. M. Hawraa Karim Al-Hanoun) and the Official of the University Performance Evaluation Division, Eng. (Nour Sahib Al-Asadi). The target group were teaching staff, employees and the heads of university departments.
The workshop dealt with clarifying the five axes that included in the performance evaluation forms. The first axis was about teaching, the second axis about scientific activity, and the third axis dealt with the educational aspect and other assignments. while the fourth axis dealt with strengths, the fifth axis dealt with penalties for deducting grades.
Also, during the workshop, a set of related questionnaires were presented, such as the leadership evaluation form, the administrative teaching form, and the teaching form.
The workshop also clarified the mechanism of documenting the research published, whether within the global containers (Scopus and Clarvet) or published in other journals(international or local).
Then, the performance evaluation forms of the employees (administrative, technicians, and craftsmen) were presented. It has been explained the form for each category, and the mechanism for receiving the college’s associates’ evaluation files was clarified.
The workshop included a set of questions and inquiries that were answered to clarify the powers granted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to university leaders and teachers to move towards achieving global quality and sobriety.
