Eng. Nassif Jassem Al-Khattabi Karbala Governor honored Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, as part of Karbala Day celebrations, which was organized by the governorate to recognize outstanding women contributing to the empowerment of women in society.
