Al-Zahraa University for Women partook in the 8th annual “Salman:confluence  for Religions” conference, organized under the patronage of General Secretariat of Shia Shrines. One of the most significant international conferences, the event was held for the purpose of promoting and expanding interfaith dialogue on a global scale.

The conference witnessed participation from approximately 40 countries, featuring the presentation of over 100 specialized scientific and intellectual research papers across various cultural and humanitarian disciplines.
Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, was honored in the event, for her valuable contributions in the evaluation of several scientific research papers and her active involvement as a member of the conference’s scientific committee.

It bears noting that the award was received on her behalf by Asst. Prof. Dr. Maali Hashem Ali, who expressed the University’s deep appreciation for the recognition. She also emphasized that such honor came as a culmination for her distinguished efforts in fostering scientific research and academic engagement on an international level.

It goes without saying that the said validation further highlights the role being discharged by the University as a pioneer in promoting interfaith dialogue and advancing knowledge and education, both locally and globally with a view to realize the vision and mission of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine.
