Prof. Dr. Hassan Al-Qazzaz, Dean of the Faculty of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Zahraa University for Women,
took part in the international conference in Istanbul, the Republic of Turkey, in his capacity as a representative of the University as well as the head of a number of research sessions. Furthermore, he contributed to the conference with an advanced research paper entitled
‏Assessment of Students’ Knowledge about Covid-19 at al-Zahraa university in Karbala city
The research examines the knowledge of the University female students about the viral waves which Iraq went through and adaptation ways thereto. The paper also highlighted continuous efforts that sought instantaneous solutions in a fashion which clearly addressed problems and reduced perils that endangered academic stages during the Corona virus wave that swept the world in 2020-2021. The research also addressed mechanisms implemented by the University to maintain education according to an advanced perspective of student semi-presence in its faculties and departments, which led to the attainment of great success rates.
Al-Zahraa University for Women has significantly increased its participation in many important international conferences in recent years thanks to the presence of educational and scientific competencies in its various faculties and departments. It is noteworthy that such endeavors serve the educational process in Iraq and make it accessible to female students, in addition to reaping benefits in the labor market along with important sectors in the country.
