The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Zahraa University for Women is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality management systems to improve academic and administrative performance and enhance educational outcomes in line with national and international standards.
The Department promotes a sustainable institutional culture of quality by supporting self-assessment, preparing compliance reports, documenting evidence, and monitoring improvement plans to meet academic and institutional accreditation requirements.
It also plays a key role in developing performance indicators, analysing data, and strengthening decision-making.
