College of Education. It was established in the academic year 2024–2025 and follows the university’s “single-department” policy. All faculty members participate in its programs, which adopt a comprehensive scientific, artistic, intellectual, emotional, and social framework, grounded in global cultural thought. This approach continues through the emergence of the perspective that views art education as a branch of the humanities concerned with exploring the nature and development of human life, culminating in the concept of digital art education, which incorporates digital technology (cyber art) and its applications as a foundation for teaching committed art education. This aligns art education with contemporary developments at the level of curriculum and the behaviors associated with this content, embodied through sensory perception, verbal information, understanding, analysis, criticism, measurement, evaluation, appreciation, and artistic production.

Department of Nahj al-Balagha and Islamic Education

The Department of Nahj al-Balagha and Islamic Education at Al-Zahra University is a specialized academic department that combines the study of Imam Ali's (peace be upon him) methodology in Nahj al-Balagha with its application in various Islamic and educational sciences. The department offers diverse courses including the interpretation of Nahj al-Balagha, Islamic thought, theology (Ilm al-Kalam), applied rhetoric, Quranic sciences, and other subjects that connect Islamic heritage with contemporary reality. The program focuses on studying Imam Ali's educational, ethical, and intellectual methodology and extracting its lessons and applications across different academic fields. The department aims to prepare specialists capable of understanding the depth of Nahj al-Balagha and connecting it with other Islamic and human sciences. It also seeks to graduate researchers and educators who employ Imam Ali's teachings in education, teaching, and community service

Communications and Mobile Computing Engineering Department

The Communications and Mobile Computing Engineering Department is a modern and interdisciplinary engineering field that systematically integrates the principles of telecommunications engineering with computer engineering. The Department of Aesthetic and Laser Technologies is considered one of the specialized scientific departments dedicated to preparing scientifically and practically qualified personnel in the fields of skin care, medical and cosmetic laser technologies, and modern non-surgical treatments. The department aims to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the use of laser devices, peeling techniques, phototherapy, and advanced dermatological care, in accordance with the latest scientific standards and principles of occupational safety. The department focuses on integration between medical and technical aspects through the study of the fundamentals of anatomy and skin physiology, and the basics of common dermatological diseases, in addition to practical training within laboratories equipped with the latest devices, ensuring the graduation of competent professionals capable of working in medical and cosmetic centers and specialized clinics with high efficiency and professionalism.
