About Department
The Studies and Planning Department serves as the strategic engine and vital nerve of Al-Zahraa University for Women. It is responsible for formulating the university's future policies and translating them into actionable plans. Acting as the essential liaison between the University Presidency and all administrative and scientific formations, the department specializes in gathering and analyzing statistical data, preparing feasibility studies for the establishment of new colleges and scientific departments, and ensuring the academic process aligns with ministerial plans and total quality standards. This pivotal role ensures that administrative decisions are grounded in accurate scientific data.

Goals
1. Building a Comprehensive Database: To collect, update, and maintain accurate statistical data regarding the university community (students, faculty, and staff), providing it to relevant authorities with precision and speed.
2. Strategic Academic Expansion: To prepare technical and economic feasibility studies for the establishment of new colleges, scientific departments, and postgraduate programs that align with societal needs and the labor market.
3. Institutional Development: To contribute to the development of the university’s organizational structure and propose initiatives that enhance administrative and academic performance efficiency.
