The department of quality assurance and academic performance at Al-Zahraa University for Women is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality systems that enhance academic and administrative performance, and improve educational outcomes in alignment with national and international standards. The Department promotes a sustainable culture of quality through supporting self-evaluation processes, preparing compliance reports, documenting evidence, and monitoring the implementation of improvement plans, thereby contributing to the achievement of academic and institutional accreditation requirements. It also plays a key role in developing performance indicators, analyzing data, and supporting evidence-based decision-making, in addition to enabling colleges and academic departments to effectively apply quality standards. These efforts strengthen the University’s readiness for national and international rankings and reinforce the principles of governance and transparency.
